Tell Me Your Story

My Angels are working overtime to hold the Demons at bay! Scams and Rip-off artists are coming out of the woodwork everywhere. Any form of mail or advertising brings them by the dozens. You can't even trust a shade tree mechanic anymore.

My daughter took her car to Mitchell Maybin, advertiser on Craig's list. He claimed to be a Master ASE Certified Mechanic. (He isn't a Master according to ASE!) He had her car for over 5 months, took $1250 from her for a new short block and machined heads. I finally stepped in and had the car towed to a dealership. The mechanic says nothing has been done to the car. He has violated at least 6 of the 25 acts listed in the DTPA, as well as the unconscionable act. I have contacted 3 attorneys. I don't have money to pay them up front, so they aren't interested.

Apparently you can't expect justice unless you can pay for it.

Beware Reversatrol account!

I ordered the product on a 30 day trial. Two weeks later, I called to cancel. I am out of town, my mail is on hold, and I don't have access to my mail, which includes the product. I was told I had to have a return authorization # and I had to have the product in hand. I explained I didn't have the product and I did not want my card charged. I was told it would be charged up to 4 times until the product was returned. I finally managed to get a return authorization #. Now, I have to drive 200 miles, just to get a product back into the mail by UPS or FEDEX, so that it will be received in time to beat their 30 days.

I did a Google search for this product and found several other complaints. Watch your credit cards on this one!
